摘要
本文对芹菜茎和叶的营养成份进行了分析,结果表明:芹菜叶的脂肪、蛋白质以及微量元素和维生素的含量都明显高于芹菜茎的含量,提示芹菜叶具有较高的营养价值.
The nutrient elements of the stem and the leaf of celery are analysed with results as thefollowing: the contents of protein, fat, mineral and vitamin in its leaves are significantly higherthan those in its stems,showing that the leaves of celery are highly nutritive.
