鼻后滴漏综合征致儿童慢性咳嗽156例临床分析 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨标准桃金娘油和0.9%氯化钠溶液灌洗鼻腔治疗鼻后滴漏综合征致儿童慢性咳嗽的作用机理及临床疗效。方法对156例鼻后滴漏综合征致慢性咳嗽的患儿在采用口服抗生素、鼻腔局部应用糖皮质激素和减充血剂的同时,加服标准桃金娘油肠溶胶囊及0.9%氯化钠溶液灌洗鼻腔等综合治疗。结果156例患儿随访3个月以上,137例患儿咳嗽、咳痰消失,鼻咽部及口咽部清洁无分泌物黏附;19例患儿咳嗽、咳痰明显减轻,鼻咽部及口咽部分泌物明显减少。结论标准桃金娘油及0.9%氯化钠溶液灌洗鼻腔等综合治疗鼻后滴漏综合征致儿童慢性咳嗽,疗效显著。
