摘要
目的评价标准桃金娘油肠溶胶囊治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法 69例门诊病例均常规使用1%麻黄素生理盐水滴鼻,治疗组41例每日加服标准桃金娘油肠溶胶囊,对照组28例每日加服扑尔敏,总疗程12周。结果治疗组与对照组使临床症状缓解所需时间分别为(5.3±3.7)d、(6.9±3.4)d,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);临床总有效率分别为78.1%和39.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 标准桃金娘油可重建上呼吸道的黏液纤毛清除系统的清除功能,促进鼻腔中脓涕排出,持久用药可改善或治愈慢性鼻窦炎。
Objective To investigate the effect of Myrtol Standardized Enteric Coated Soft Capsules on chronic sinusitis.Methods Sixty-nine patients who had chronic sinusitis were all treated with 1% ephedrine.The treatment group（n=41）was treated with Myrtol Standardized Enteric Coated Soft Capsules.The control group（n=28） was treated with chlorphenamine tablets.The gelomyrtoi forte and chlorphenamine were still taken till the course of treatment reached 12 weeks.Results The remission time of two groups were（5.3±3.7）and（6.9±3.4） days.There is no statistic significance between two groups（P〉0.05）.The total effective rates were 78.1% and 39.3% respectively.Conclusions Myrtol standardized re-establishes the mucociliary clearance of the upper and lower respiratory tract.Chronic sinusitis conditions of the airway can be improved and cleared up after long term treatment.
