摘要
以新鲜鸵鸟板油为原料,研究用溶剂浸提法提取鸵鸟油的工艺条件。在单因素实验的基础上,通过正交实验得到浸提法提取鸵鸟油的最佳工艺条件为,料液比1∶12,提取温度70℃,浸提时间为10h,油脂提取率为94.7%。GC-MS分析结果表明,鸵鸟油脂肪酸的主要组分为棕榈油酸8.22%、棕榈酸36.95%、亚油酸7.34%、油酸36.24%、亚麻酸2.15%、硬脂酸8.26%。
The condition of oil by organic solvents from ostrich was detected.Through the orthogonal experimentation the best extracting technology condition were defined:extracting temperature was 70℃; extracting time was 10h; feed ratio was 1:12.The relationship of extraction was 94.7%.After analyzed by GC-MS,the result showed that the primary fatty acid composition of ostrich oil were: 8.22% palmitoleic acid,36.95% palmitic acid,7.34% linoleic acid, 36.24% oleic acid,2.15% linolenic acid,8.26% stearic acid.
