稳定性二氧化氯胶囊的制备及其释放速率的研究 被引量:4

摘要 利用β-环糊精作为壁材制备稳定性二氧化氯胶囊。研究芯壁比、反应温度、搅拌时间对微胶囊气体二氧化氯释放速率的影响。实验结果表明:反应温度对微胶囊气体二氧化氯释放速率影响最大,芯壁比次之,搅拌时间影响最小。通过正交实验得到最佳工艺条件为:当芯壁比为1∶6,反应温度为30℃,搅拌时间为60min时制得的稳定性二氧化氯胶囊,经12h释放后,气体二氧化氯浓度达到最大值3.81mg/h。在实验条件下,经紫外可见分光光度计测定,所得胶囊在12h范围内气体二氧化氯释放速率比较稳定。 The β-cyclodextrin is used as a wall material preparation of the stabilized chlorine dioxide capsule.The effects of the core-wall ratio, reaction temperature and mixing time on the release rate of the microcapsules of stabilized chlorine dioxide were studied.The results of experiment showed that.the most affect factor was reaction temperature, core-wall ratio following, mixing time was the least one.The optimum conditions were obtained by the orthogonal experimental.The stabilized chlorine dioxide capsule was got when the core-wall ratio was 1:6, the reaction temperature was 30℃,for 60min mixing time,after releasing for 12h,the concentration of chlorine dioxide gas reached to maximum 3.81 mg/h.Under the experimental conditions, measured by UV-spectrophotometer, the release rate of the stabilized chlorine dioxide capsule was stable in 12h.
