摘要
目的建立翼蓼块根中新黄酮类化合物荞麦七素A含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,用Shim-packODSC18柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.5%磷酸溶液(50:50)为流动相,流速为0.6mL·min^-1,检测波长355nm,柱温20℃。结果RP—HPLC测定的线性范围为0.7360~5.888mg·L,(r=0.9994),平均加样回收率为98.43%,RSD为0.65%(n=6)。结论该方法简便快速、结果准确、重现性好,可以作为翼蓼药材及相关制剂质量控制的一个有效方法。
OBJECTIVE To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of a new flavonoid in Pteroxygonum giraldii. METHODS The analysis was performed on a Shim-pack ODS C18 column (4. 6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm) with methanol-0. 5 % phosphoric acid (50: 50) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 0. 6 mL · min^-1, and at a column temperature of 20 ℃. The detection wave length was 355 nm. RESULTS The linear range of calibration curve was 0. 736 0 - 5. 888 mg · L ^- 1 ( r = 0. 999 4 ). The average recovery was 98.43% and the RSD was 0. 65% (n = 6 ). CONCLUSION The method is simple, quick , accurate and suitable to determine content and evaluate quality of Pteroxygonum giraldii.
