摘要 采用脂肪提取器法、微波提取法以及超声波提取法进行了紫草色素的提取实验,选用的提取溶剂为石油醚、乙酸乙酯以及95%乙醇,结果表明使用微波法采用95%乙醇为溶剂可以得到最多数量的提取物。此外,建立了提取物样品的高效液相色谱定量分析方法,分析结果表明采用脂肪提取器法,使用乙酸乙酯为提取溶剂时的提取效率最高。 It Was studied that lithosperrnum (alkanna tinctioria) pigment is extracted with fat extractor, microwave instrument and ultrasonic instrument, with petroleum aether, ethyl acetate and 95% ethanol as solvents. It is proved that using microwave instrument with 95% ethanol as the solvent gets the most extract. Moreover, the HPLC method is founded in analysis of lithospennum extract samples. The results show that the best efficiency is obtained when fat extractor is employed with ethyl acetate as the solvent.
