摘要
目的:探讨白紫苇茎汤联合穴位按摩对支原体肺炎患儿及呼吸力学、肺功能、T细胞亚群的影响。方法:选取80例支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象,按照抽签法分为两组,各40例,两组患儿均给予常规治疗,对照组增加穴位按摩,观察组在对照组的基础上运用白紫苇茎汤,对比两组患儿临床疗效、中医证候积分、呼吸力学相关指标、T淋巴细胞亚群以及肺功能。结果:观察组住院时间(6.59±1.15)d、体温恢复正常时间(3.18±0.85)h、咳嗽消失时间(3.98±0.96)d、肺啰音消失时间(5.82±0.54)d、气促消失时间(3.74±0.34)d;对照组住院时间(9.26±1.25)d、体温恢复正常时间(5.87±1.03)h、咳嗽消失时间(5.18±0.72)d、肺啰音消失时间(7.11±0.69)d、气促消失时间(5.42±0.45)d,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组咽痛、发热、咳嗽、肌肉酸痛中医证候积分(1.15±0.26)分、(1.39±0.17)分、(0.93±0.11)分、(1.07±0.20)分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿的氧合指数、呼吸频率有所改善,观察组氧合指数高于对照组、呼吸频率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的肺功能相关指标、T淋巴细胞亚群指标比较,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:白紫苇茎汤加减联合穴位按摩治疗支原体肺炎能够提高患儿临床疗效、加速康复,改善其呼吸力学指标以及肺功能。
Objective:To explore the effects of Baizi Weijing Decoction combined with acupoint massage on children with mycoplasma pneumonia in terms of respiratory mechanics,pulmonary function,and T-cell subsets.Methods:80 children with mycoplasma pneumonia were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,40 cases each.Both groups received conventional treatment,the control group additionally received acupoint massage,and the observation group was treated with Baizi Weijing Decoction based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,relevant respiratory mechanics indicators,T lymphocyte subsets,and pulmonary function of the two groups were compared.Results:The observation group had shorter hospital stays(6.59±1.15 days),time to body temperature normalization(3.18±0.85 hours),time for cough disappearance(3.98±0.96 days),time for lung rales disappearance(5.82±0.54 days),and time for dyspnea disappearance(3.74±0.34 days)compared to the control group,which had hospital stays of(9.26±1.25 days),time to body temperature normalization(5.87±1.03 hours),time for cough disappearance(5.18±0.72 days),time for lung rales disappearance(7.11±0.69 days),and time for dyspnea disappearance(5.42±0.45 days).The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores for sore throat,fever,cough,and muscle aches in the observation group were(1.15±0.26),(1.39±0.17),(0.93±0.11),and(1.07±0.20),respectively,which were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,both groups of children showed improvements in oxygenation index and respiratory rate,with the observation group having a higher oxygenation index and a significantly lower respiratory rate than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the comparison of pulmonary function-related indicators and T lymphocyte subsets between the two groups showed the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Baizi Weijing Decoction with acupoint massage can improve the clinical efficacy,accelerate recovery,and improve respiratory mechanics and lung function in children with mycoplasma pneumonia.
