胃癌患者血清可溶性粘附分子1测定的意义 被引量：4

摘要 为探讨血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子1(sICAM-1)与胃癌转移的关系,采用酶联免疫吸附法测定了健康献血员48份、早期胃癌16份和进展期胃癌26份血清sICAM-1浓度。结果表明进展期胃癌sICAM-1为11.724±33.766mg/L,显著高于早期胃癌(0.758±0.364mg/L)和正常对照(0.558±0.272mg/L),早期胃癌亦高于正常对照。sICAM-1动态观察发现,肿瘤未完全切除或复发者血清slCAM-1浓度仍较高。提示sICAM-1与胃癌或胃癌转移有关。
