在人们越来越重视食品卫生与安全的今天,清洁小麦粉将会是未来制粉业的发展趋势。小麦清洁处理技术主要从小麦分级加工、小麦表面处理效果、霉变粒清除等方面进行研究,探索清洁小麦粉生产的主要途径。
Clean flour would be a trend of development in flour production when people nowadays pay more attention to the healthy of food. The technology of clean flour production was studied mainly from the aspects of grading--processing, wheat surface--cleaning, milden wheat removing and so on, so as to explore the main methods for clean flour produstion.
