摘要
对KOMBITECH系统就其基本原理、设备的用途、结构、工艺流程、工艺效果分别进行了介绍与分析。该系统具有能提高小麦粉质量及市场售价、降低小麦粉及麦夫皮的细菌总数、减少厂房建筑投资等优点。
The author has made an introduction and analysis of KOMBI-TECH SYSTEM in respect of its basic principle, the use, structure and working principle of its machines, its flow sheet and milling efficiency. The results show that the KOMBI-TECH SYSTEM has the advantage of improving the quality of flour, reducing its selling price, the total number of bacteria in flour and bran, and cutting down the investment on the building of the house.
