The development of paddy with good quality is the base of fine processing of rice. The paddy grading and conditioning, white rice polishing, color separating and blending are the essencial technologies to be developed in the rice milling industry at present. The prospects for fine processing of paddy and the comprehensive utilization of rice by-products will be very wide.
