摘要
作为辅助制动装置的电涡流缓速器,由于具有持续制动和下坡恒速特性,在重型货车和高档客车中得到广泛应用。本文针对电涡流缓速器设计过程中值得注意的若干技术问题,如制动力矩、工作电压和电流、磁路结构、铁心和转子盘材料、转子盘的散热特性、缓速器与整车技术参数的匹配、转子盘温升对制动性能的影响等技术问题进行了探讨,并分析电涡流缓速器的优缺点。
Due to continual braking and constant speed performance, the eddy current retarder had been used widely for heavy duty trucks and advanced buses as auxiliary brake system. In this paper, its key technologies, such as braking torque, working volt and current, magnetic circuit, materials of rotor plate and iron core, heat dissipation performance of rotor plate,match between eddy current retarder and automobile, effect of temperature rise on its braking performance et al, were presented and discussed in detail. Advantage and disadvantage for eddy current retarder were analyzed.
