摘要
利用灰色统计聚类理论设计了具有灰色考评指标的人力绩效综合评价体系,给出了被考评者绩效水平的等级判断和排序,对各考评指标的总体水平进行了评价.并通过案例分析,表明了该方法在人力绩效考核中具有较好的应用价值.
The grey statistical clustering is used to design a comprehensive appraisal system of performance of human resources with grey indexes of evaluation. It can not only provide the grade of evaluated persons and rank their performance levels, but also evaluate the overall level of all the indexes of evaluation. A case analysis shows that it has a practical value in performance evaluation of human resources.
