摘要
概述了国内主要家电制造厂的塑料模具用钢的情况。目前国内常用塑料模具钢一般分两类。一类为中碳钢，主要用于模架及对技术性能要求不高的型腔模具；另一类为国内仿制Ｐ２０和德国、瑞典等产Ｐ２０和７１８等，应用于生产高表面光洁度塑料制品的型腔模具。中碳钢产品在正火态使用，其硬度在ＨＢ１８０～２２０；Ｐ２０产品以预硬态（空冷＋回火）供货，厂家将其调质到硬度ＨＢ２８０～３３０。还分析了国内外不同厂家生产的塑料模具钢的不同特点及不足之处。针对国内外塑料模具钢的现状和发展趋势以及宝钢的生产和技术条件，提出了开发两个系列新型微合金化非调质塑料模具钢的设想，分别应用于模架和型腔。预计，它们在轧后冷却的情况下，不经过调质处理，即可具有与现有中碳钢和Ｐ２０相似的技术性能。
The information from the Chinese electrical appliance producers regarding steels for plastic mould is summarised.There are two types of steels for plastic mould,namely unalloyed medium carbon steels,applied for molds in hoderblock quality and the pre hardened Cr Mn Mo alloyed steels,such as P20 series,applied for molds in mold quality.The former is delivered at air cooled and stress relieved condition with a hardness of HB180～220,while the latter at pre hardened(quenched and tempered) condition with a hardness of HB280～330.The advantages and shortcomings for various types of steels from different producers of both domestic and foreign producers,are analysed.Based on the current situation and the development trend of the steels for plastic moulds,both at home and abroad,as well as the technical and production conditions in blooming plant of Bao Steel,two types of non quenching and non tempering microalloyed steels for plastic mould in mold and holderblock quality respectively,are suggested to be developed.Those steels are expected to have the similar technical properties to the current medium carbon steel and P20.
