摘要
在前期试制成功30mm以下规格DH36高强船板的基础上,通过成分及轧制工艺的优化,成功轧制出了综合力学性能优良的30mm~50mm规格高强船板钢。经检验,DH36厚规格产品的最终力学性可满足高强船板认证工作的要求,也具备了批量生产的能力。
On the basis of trail production of DH36 high strength ship plate with thickness less than 30 mm, high strength ship plate of 30~50 mm thickness with good overall mechanical properties is successfully produced after composition and rolling process optimization. From the perspectives of final mechanical properties of the finish product, DH36 heavy ship plates can meet the demand of high strength ship plate certification approval and are ready for scale production.
