摘要
通过端淬试验及调质处理试验室模拟试验 ,对P2 0和 71 8预硬型塑料模具钢的淬透性及调质工艺进行了研究和探讨。结果表明 :P2 0和 71 8的淬透性均较高 ,71 8比P2 0淬透性更高 ,更适合制作大型塑料模具 ;P2 0和 71 8的最佳调质工艺参数为 860℃淬火 ,5 60~ 5
The hardenability and the quenching & tempering process of the new pre hardened plastic die steel of P20 and 718 have been studied and discussed on laboratory simulated experiments through joming test and quenching and tempering of small samples.The results indicate that the hardenability of both P20 and 718 are high,but that of 718 is still higher than P20 and therefore is more suitable for large plastic dies.The optimum process parameters of quenching and tempering treatment for P20 and 718 are 860℃ for quenching and 560~590℃ for tempering.
