摘要
目前我国有66.07%的地级行政区域设立了地方本科院校,其办学水平如何直接关系到我国高等教育质量。但我国地方本科院校普遍存在诸如人才培养目标定位模糊、缺乏办学特色与标志性教学成果、与地方产业和社会经济发展未能紧密结合等问题。面对困惑,地方本科院校必须树立全新的办学理念,多元化定位应用型人才培养目标,融入并服务于地方产业的转型升级,探索独特的办学机制,同时要凝炼特色,提高办学的影响力和显示度。
At present, about 66.07% of universities have been established in local administrative areas, whose school nmning levels have direct influence on the quality of China＇ s higher education. But there are many problems among these universities, such as unclear objectives in cultivating talents, no distinguishing features in running universities, no significant teaching achievements, no close connection with local industry and social economic development and etc. Facing such problems, the paper proposes that the local universities should set up a kind of brand new concept in school running, establish diverse objectives in cultivating applied talents, serve and help to upgrade the local industry and search for unique system to enhance the influence and display of university running.
