摘要
从探讨地方大学在区域创新体系建设中肩负的重要使命出发,以温州大学为例,分析了典型地方合并大学的办学现状及其在转型发展中面临的主要问题,进一步围绕大学核心竞争力的构成要素,重点阐述了地方合并大学通过创新的教育教学、创新的科技和文化活动助推区域创新体系建设,从而构筑核心竞争力促进转型发展的重要性和必要性,并提出了以特色本科人才培养为根本、以服务型学科建设为龙头、以区域性经济发展为依托和以先进性文化创新为保障的战略发展思路。
By exploring the important mission shouldered by local universities in the construction of regional innovation systems, the educational situation of Wenzhou University is considered as a typical example for local combined universities, as well as its prevailing problems in transformation have been analyzed. Furthermore, focusing on the element of core competence of universities, the paper expounds the importance and necessity to construct core competence, which promotes the transformation of a local combined university by promoting the establishment of regional innovation systems mainly through innovational education and teaching, innovational scientific, technological, and cultural campaigns. Finally, the paper proposes a strategic development with characteristic undergraduate education as the basis, service discipline construction as a leader, regional economic development as backing and advanced culture innovation as guarantee.
