摘要
在提高教师队伍的现代教育技术应用水平方面，我们建立起一套行之有效的教师多媒体辅助教学的培训体系，这一整套培训体系主要包括：合适的培训内容、有效的培训师资队伍、多样的培训方式、灵活的考核方法和经常性的教学竞赛等．
A serial training system was established to improve the teachers＇ ability of applying modern education technique to daily teaching activity. The following aspects were included in the system：suitable training content, effective training tutors, diversiform training methods, flexible assessing model and regular teaching matches and so on.
