摘要
新世纪是知识经济高速发展的时代,社会的发展趋于多元化,远离社会的"世外桃源"学校,也受到影响。因此学校应主动适应这一变化,根据自身的特点,建设多元的校园文化。这就需要改变对学校的评价机制,更新教育理念,加强宣传,合理科学地培训师资队伍,开展丰富多彩的文化活动,在交流中发展校园文化,办出各自的文化特色。
The new century is the era of rapid development of the knowledge economy, and social development tends to diversify, therefore, schools, away from the society, are also affected. Therefore, the school should take the initiative to adapt to this change, according to its own characteristics, building a diverse campus culture. School evaluation mechanisms which need to be changed, updated educational philosophy, step up publicity, a reasonable scientific training teachers, to carry out a variety of cultural activities in the development of campus culture exchange, do their own cultural characteristics.
