摘要
结合包装工程专业的发展历史和现状,认为包装工程专业的课程体系应该是科学的和开放的,并从学科定位、突出专业特点、注重实践教学、设置开放式的选修课程体系以及教学内容、方法和考试方法改革五个方面对此进行了论证,也结合了自身的教学实践进行了说明,旨在对包装工程专业的课程体系的设置进行初步的探索。
A conclusion that the course system of packaging engineering should be scientific and exoteric were put forward combining with the history and actuality of the packaging engineering specialty. The viewpoint was demonstrate from five aspect which were orientation of branches of knowledge, extruding the characteristic of the specialty, paying attention to practice teaching, setting a opening system of select course, content and method of teaching and the method of examing. A explaining which combining the practice of the author self was also given. The purpose of this paper was discussing the setting of packaging engineering specialty course system in brief.
