摘要
采用动电位极化曲线、交流阻抗和扫描电镜法研究了乙二胺四乙酸二钠、二乙胺基乙醇、葡萄糖酸钙、磷酸氢二钠在3.5%NaCl溶液中对A3碳钢的缓蚀作用。研究结果表明,四种缓蚀剂均为阳极型缓蚀剂,缓蚀效果为:磷酸氢二钠>乙二胺四乙酸二钠>葡萄糖酸钙>二乙胺基乙醇。
The corrosion inhibition effects of EDTA-2Na (C10H14 N2O8Na2 ), diethylamino ethanol ( (C2H5 )2 NCH2 CH2 OH), calcium gluconate( (C2 H5 )2 NCH2 CH2 OH) and disodium hydrogen phosphate(Na2 HPO4 ) on mild steel were investigated in 3.5% NaCl solution at 298K by using potentiodynamic polarization, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and SEM methods. The results showed that all the inhibitors are anodic type inhibitors, the inhibitive efficiency followed the order: Na2HPO4 〉Ca (C6H11O7 )2〉 C20 H14 N2O8Na2 〉(C2 H5 )2 NCH2 CH2 OH. The inhibitors could be adsorbed on mild steel to inhibit corrosion effectively.
