八角金盘叶和香樟叶提取物对碳钢的缓蚀作用 被引量:8

摘要 研究了八角金盘叶和香樟叶的提取物对碳钢的缓蚀性能。采用Tafel极化曲线、电化学阻抗谱并结合失重法测定缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能,对提取物进行红外光谱分析,推断其可能的缓蚀机理。结果表明:两种缓蚀剂对碳钢均具有较好缓蚀作用。碳钢经含200 mg.L-1的八角金盘叶提取物的1.0 mol.L-1HC l溶液腐蚀6 h后,缓蚀效率为80.85%。300mg.L-1的香樟叶提取物在相同条件下对碳钢缓蚀效率为76.86%。 The corrosion inhibition effect of fatsia japonica leaves and camphor leaves on carbon steel in hydrochloric acid solution has been studied.The performance of the corrosion inhibitors has been investigated by Tafel polarization curve,electrochemical impedance spectrum and weight-loss method,respectively.Moreover,the inhibitors functional groups are determined by infrared spectrum.The mechanical corrosion of carbon steel is identified.Results show that within 6 hours,the corrosion inhibitors of 200g mg·L-1 fatsia japonica leaves and 300mg·L-1 camphor leaves used separately exhibit certain inhibition effect to carbon steel and the corrosion rates are 80.85%,76.86% in 1.0 mol·L-1 hydrochloric acid system.
