灵芝是一种具有营养和药用双重作用的名贵中药,主要成分有多糖、氨基酸、核苷、生物碱等,主要功能是降血脂、健脾胃、护肝脏等。经过加工,成品灵芝茶的水分应控制在9%左右。
Ganoderma lucidum was a Chinese traditional medicine with nutrition and health protection. The main components was composed of amylose, aminophenol, nucleotide, alkaloid and so on which include some functions such as decreasing blood and fat, strengthening the spleen and stomach, and protecting liver. After processing, the water of finished product of ganoderma lucidum tea should be controlled about 9%.
