摘要
目的 采用HPLC测定红景天胶囊中红景天苷的含量。方法 以水 -乙睛 -甲醇 (90∶5∶5 )为流动相 ,采用KromasilC18柱 (2 0 0mm× 4 .6mm ,5 μ) ,检测波长 2 76nm。结果 线性范围为 0 .12 6 5～ 5 .0 5 8μg ,加样回收率为 10 0 .35 % ,方法精密度RSD=1.0 3%。
OBJECTIVE An HPLC method has been studied to determine the contents of salidroside in Hongjingtian capsules.METHODS A Kromasil C 18 column (200 mm×4.6 mm ,5 μm) was used with water-acetonitrile- methanol(90∶5∶5)as the mobile phase.The detective wavelength was 276 nm.RESULTS The linear range was 0.1265-5.058 μg with the average recovery 100.35%.CONCLUSION The method is simple, rapid and accurate.
