化学发光免疫分析测定172例患者血浆脑钠肽的临床价值 被引量:2

摘要 探讨化学发光免疫分析检测脑钠肽(BNP)浓度的临床诊断意义。将172例患者血浆BNP浓度测定结果按临床诊断分为3组并进行临床分析。结果表明:①心衰组:57例,BNP阳性率为94.7%;②呼吸困难待查组:89例,阳性率41.6%;③心梗后组:26例,阳性率42.3%。血浆BNP浓度测定可作为评估心功能,应用于心力衰竭的诊断、预后和判断等的一项重要补充,是一项简便易行的常规检查,可作为一种新的心脏标志物。 To evaluate the clinical significance of determination of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),the plasma BNP levels in 172 patients were detected by chemiluminoimmunoassay.The patients were divided into heart failure group(57 patients),difficulty in breathing group(89 patients) and after myocardial infarction group(26 patients).The results showed that the positive rate of BNP in heart failure group,difficulty in breathing group and after myocardial infarction group were 94.7%,41.6% and 42.3% respectively.The plasma BNP levels could be regarded as an important supplement in the assessment of cardiac function,the diagnosis and prognosis of heart failure.
