参附注射液致肝功能异常1例 被引量：8

摘要 1 病例介绍 患者，女，75岁，因反复气短、胸闷40余年，加重伴咳嗽5h于2007年4月15日入院，查体：T36．5℃，P102次／min，R25次／min，BP100／70mmHg（1mmHg=0．133kPa）。双肺闻及干湿啰音，颈静脉充盈，双下肢轻度水肿，心界向左下扩大。ECG示：房性早搏、室性早搏。心脏彩超示：二尖瓣重度狭窄伴中度关闭不全。全身皮肤黏膜无黄染，肝脾未扪及。肝功能检查：
