摘要
目的:观察大鼠脑缺血后纹状体内多巴胺(DA)与其代谢产物的变化以及电针风池穴对其的影响。方法:将18只SD雄性大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、电针组(造模后电针风池穴治疗)。采用大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞(MCAO)模型。运用微透析采样,高效液相-电化学(HPLC-ED)检测,观察脑缺血后3d内纹状体内DA与其代谢产物的动态变化及电针对其的影响。结果:脑缺血再灌注后DA和高香草酸(HVA)含量下降,3,4-二羟基苯乙酸(DOPAC)含量略有升高;电针干预后第3天DA及其代谢产物含量接近正常组。结论:电针风池穴能调节脑缺血后DA的代谢紊乱。
Objective : To observe the changes of Dopamine and its metabolic products in striatum of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rats and effects of electro-acupuncture at Fengchi(GB 20) on them. Methods: Eighteen male SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group and electro-acupuncture group. Middle cerebral artery occlusion was duplicated in rats. The changes of DA and its metabolic products were observed by dynamic microdialysis and high-performance liquid chromatographyelectrochemical detection(HPLC-ED). Results:The contents of DA and HVA decreased after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion, and DOPAC increased a little. The contents of DA and its products restored to the normal level on the third day after electro-acupuncture at Fengchi( GB 20). Conclusion:The electro-acupuncture can regulate the metabolic disturbance of DA in rats after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion.
