高校辅导员专业化建设是提高大学生思想政治教育工作水平的基础,因此需要有一套包括选聘机制、运行机制、管理机制、培训机制、考核机制和发展机制等比较系统、完整的机制作保证。
The construction of college instructors specialization is the base of enhancing undergraduate ideological and political education work.So.colleges and universities need to set up a set of comparatively systematic and complete mechanism as a guarantee,including hiring mechanism,operational mechanism,administrative mechanism,training mechanism,assessing mechanism and developmental mechanism.
