摘要
胜任力的提出为高校辅导员专业化建设研究提供了新的视角。当前我国高校辅导员队伍专业化发展存在着职业认同度低、专业知识和技能缺乏、专业化平台建设缓慢和发展方向不明确等困境,需要建立基于胜任力的辅导员职业技能标准,加强辅导员专业学科建设,加强辅导员专业化平台建设和构建基于胜任力的辅导员队伍建设机制等方面入手加以解决。
A new horizon on the research of the professional construction of college counselors＇ was supported by competency.The difficulties,such as low career identity,lack of specialized knowledge and skill as well as time-consuming and uncertain direction in developing professional platform etc,are faced presently while constructing the college counsellors＇ professionalization in China.It should be proceeded and solved from such aspects as building occupational skills standards and based on competency,reinforcing counselors＇ professional disciplines,strengthening counselors＇ specialized platform and constructing counselors＇ team-building mechanisms and so on.
