摘要
在新形势下,高校辅导员工作面临着前所未有的挑战,为应对这一挑战,实现育人目标,辅导员队伍的专业化已成为必然的发展趋势。在对现行辅导员非专业化进行反思的基础上,提出了辅导员专业化建设的对策。
University counselors are facing with unprecedented challenges under the new circumstance. In order to educate students, the professionalization of university counselors has become a necessity.
