南水北调东线一期工程蔺家坝泵站水泵模型装置验收试验 被引量:3

The Acceptance Test of the Model Pump Systerm of Linjiaba Pumping Station in the Eastern Route First-stage Project of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project

摘要 对蔺家坝泵站水泵模型装置试验的模型水泵、实验装置、测试设备和精度、试验结果进行了介绍。验收试验进行了水泵能量试验、气蚀性能试验、模型泵尺寸等抽测,并对仪器仪表的适用范围、精度标定证书等进行了检查。验收结果表明:蔺家坝泵站模型装置效率和气蚀性能等达到并优于合同规定值。此外,为使试验与国内有可比性,同时进一步优化流道型线,又按有关要求进行了追加试验,取得了满意的结果。 This paper was about the test of the pump model system in Linjiaba Pump Station,and it introduced the model,the experimental installation,the testing engines and its precision,and the outcome of the test.The acceptance test performs a series of pick-tests about the pump energy test,the cavitations erosion resistance test and the size of the pump model,and checks the instrument's application and the precision calibration certificate.The results showed that,the efficiency and the cavitation erosion resistance of the model system in Linjiaba Pump Station was superior to that stipulated in the contract.What's more,to make the test comparable interiorly and optimize the flow passage shape,we superadd tests according to related requirements and it makes a satisfactory seat.
