为使南水北调东线工程大型泵站的建设和管理达到世界先进水平,对现代化大型泵站的界定、内涵、指导思想、总体要求和建设与管理标准进行探讨,并详细论述了南水北调东线工程大型泵站对运行安全、装置效率、总体布局、设备和设施、管理体系、施工和检修及环境等的要求,指出在规划设计、设备选型、施工安装、管理维护等方面都要提高标准.
To make the construction and management of large scale pumping stations come up to the advanced world standard in the South to North Water Transfer East Route Project, a discussion is made on the definition, connotation, guidelines, general requirement, and criterion for construction and management of modernized large scale pumping stations, with emphasis placed on the requirements of the large scale pumping stations in the east route project for safe operation,efficiency of installation, general layout, equipment and facilities, management system, construction and examination, and operational environment. It is pointed out that the criteria for planing and design, equipment selection, construction and installation, and management and maintenance of pumping stations should be raised.
