上桥泵站改造泵装置模型试验研究及现场测试 被引量:2

摘要 针对上桥泵站的经常运行净扬程,以装置效率最优为准则,同时兼顾流量和空蚀性能,优选了适合于上桥泵站更新改造的水力模型350ZMB-3.8。针对上桥泵站的具体情况,提出在保留原进出水流道、原电动机和原导叶的基础上只进行换泵的技术改造方案。针对该方案,对上桥泵站模型泵装置的能量特性和空蚀特性进行了全面的试验研究,确定了改造方案的可行性,试验结果与改造后的现场实测结果吻合较好。技术改造前后的现场实测结果表明,在经常运行扬程附近并满足设计流量要求的情况下,改造后较改造前泵站的效率提高了16%,改造效果显著。 Based on the usual net lift of operation, a hydraulic model 350ZMB-3.8 was selected for reconstruction of the Shangqiao Pumping Station by optimization of the efficiency of pump sets, and a technical reform scheme was proposed, in which the original inflow and outflow channels, electromotors, and guide vanes were kept, but the original pump impellers were replaced. Model experimental studies on the characteristics of energy and cavitation of pump sets demonstrate that the experimental result is in good agreement with the measured data on spot after reconstruction, thus the reform scheme is feasible. Test data also show that the efficiency of the pumping station, which operates at the usual net lift and meets the requirement of design flow rate, is improved by 16% after reconstruction, therefore, the effect of technical reform is remarkable.
