摘要
作为我国高等教育重要组成部分的地方高校,是社会主义精神文明建设的重要场所和窗口。在新的历史起点上,地方高校应以改革创新精神,自觉践行"发展为大、德育为先、师生为本、实干为荣、特色为贵、引领为尚"的理念,扎实有效地深化与拓展精神文明建设,凝炼和展现地方高校的个性和精神。
As an important part of China＇s higher education, local colleges and universities act as important stages and windows for the social construction of spiritual civilization. At the new historical starting point, guided by the spirit of reform and innovation, local colleges and universities should consciously practice creation ideas of ＂development as the priority＂, ＂moral education as the first＂, ＂teachers and students as the base＂, ＂leading the society as the fashion＂ to solidly enhance effectively broaden the social construction of ideological infrastructure, to show characteristics of local colleges and universities as well.
