摘要
精神文明是社会主义大学的本质特征,没有一流的精神文明就不可能有一流的高等学校。在新的历史时期,高校精神文明建设如何形成新思路、实现新突破、开创新局面,已成为高等教育改革发展过程中的一个重要课题。本文从提高认识,突出道德教育,抓好活动载体,健全完善机制等几个方面对新时期高校精神文明建设提出了理论支持和实践指导。
Spiritual civilization is the fundamental characteristic of socialist colleges and universities. There are no first-rate colleges and universities without the first-rate spiritual civilization. In a new historical period, it becomes a crucial task in the process of the development of the reform of higher education that how to form new thinking, realize new breakthrough, and open up a new prospect in the construction of spiritual civilization of colleges and universities. This paper provides theoretical support and practical guide for the construction of spiritual civilization of colleges and universities in a new period in the following aspects: enhancing awareness, highlighting education in ethics, making great efforts in choosing the best carriers of activities, and perfecting mechanism.
