摘要
素质教育是现代教育发展的趋势,创新能力的培养在其中居于关键的位置。笔者就肝胆外科临床教学过程中如何通过提高学生的学习主动性,培养创新性思维能力,创造和谐的教学环境,采用适当的新型教学方法和手段提高教学水平,培养学生创新能力谈了自己的看法。
Quality-oriented education is the development trend of modem education, in which cultivation of in- novative ability is very crucial. Based on our clinical teaching of hepatobiliary surgery, the paper discusses how to improve students＇ learning initiative, cultivate their innovative thinking, create a harmonious environment, adopt proper new method and means of teaching to teaching improve teaching level and strengthen students＇ innovative ability.
