摘要
在现代医学发展的形势下,如何改革医学教育的教学方法 ,提高医学教育的教学质量,以适应现代医学教育的需要,为国家培养高素质的医学人才,是摆在我们每一位医学教育工作者面前的重要问题。本文探讨了如何通过提高教师素质;转换教学观念;改善教学内容;改进教学方法来全面提高外科学教学质量。
Under the situation of modern medicine developmemt,it was an important task for every medical teaching staff that how to reform the teaching method and to improve teaching quality in order to meet the needs of morden medical education and train high-quality medical talents.We discussed that how to improve the quality of teachers,teaching idea,teaching content and teaching methods for improving the teaching quality of surgery.
