摘要
我国高等医学院校的医德教育存在着急需整合各种教育要素的构成方式,规范教育行为,促进教育质量的提高。为此,文章结合对传统模式弊端的解析,从医德教育的内容、途径、方法、评价和育人理念等五个方面,对高等医学院校医德教育新模式的建构提出了可行性办法,即遵循人性原则,注重人文养成。
In medical ethics education at medical colleges and universities, there is an urgent need tox integrate the composition of various educational elements, standardize the education behavior and promote the improve- ment of education quality. To this end, this article, combined with analyzing shortcomings of the traditional model, proposes feasible methods to construct the new model of medical ethics education at medical colleges and universities from five aspects ： ethics education＇ s content, approaches, methods, evaluation, and people- educating conception. The methods involve following the principle of human nature and emphasizing humanistie development.
