摘要
古今中外人们就强调医学职业道德和职业精神的重要性,2002年颁布的《医师宣言》激发了学者对医师职业精神的实证研究。本文简要梳理了医师职业精神实证研究的历史,阐述了职业精神概念的操作性定义,回顾了职业精神态度和行为测评、关键影响因素和激励机制、培养与促进等方面的现有实证研究。针对现有研究重理论轻实证、重医学教育或实习领域轻临床实践情境、重描述轻干预的特点,提出今后研究应该加强临床医师职业精神的实证研究,逐步深入职业精神干预研究。
In both ancient and modem societies,medical ethics and professionalism are always emphasized. The Charter published in 2002 encouraged the empirical research on physician professionalism. The article briefly reviewed the history of empirical ：studies on physician＇s medical professionalism and summarized empirical studies on professionalism＇s operational definitions, professional attitudes and behaviors assessment, the influencing factors of professionalism and promotion strategies. Since most of existing research are theoritical and conducted in medical education and residency training contexts rather than empirical studies and conducted in clinical practice settings, and the empirical studies focus on description ranther than intervention, more attention should be paid to empirical studies oriented to physician in the future and more intervention studies is needed.
