摘要
随着我国高等医学教育的跨越式发展,高等医学院校毕业生就业体制改革的不断深化,在新的就业形势下,医学毕业生就业形势日趋严峻,不容乐观。产生这些问题的主要原因有:医学毕业生人数增加、供需的结构性矛盾突出、就业期望与现实严重冲突、就业选择单一、择业观念陈旧等。要改善当今医学生的就业问题,可以从积极推进医学教学改革,提高医学毕业生的综合素质;加强医学生职业规划教育和就业指导,引导学生正确择业;不断完善医学生就业服务平台等几个方面积极推进。
With the leaping development of our country＇ s higher medical education, reforms in medical gradu- ates＇ employment are more profound than before. Under this new situation, medical students＇ employment situation is becoming more and more difficult, and to somewhat even pessimistic. The causes can be attributed to the following factors： an increasing number of graduates from medical schools, clashes between supply and demand, severe conflicts between employment expectations and reality, single employment choice and outdat- ed concept of employment. In order to solve this predicament, we should promote medical teaching reform, enhance medical graduates＇ comprehensive quality, improve career planning education, give students employment guidance to help them select jobs correctly, and perfect employment service platform.
