摘要
当代大学生身上承担着过多、过重的压力,尤其是就业压力表现尤为突出。面对严峻的就业形势,在沉重的经济负担和学习压力之下,大学生在就业观上发生了很大变化,在思想上产生不少的困惑和问题。要使大学生树立正确的就业观,必须缓解他们的压力。分析了大学生在就业中所面临的几种压力及其产生根源,对大学生就业观作了具体的分析,探讨了缓解压力的对策。
Contemporary college students are overburdened with pressures, especially those concerning employment. Confronted with severe job situation, suffering both from economic burdens and academic pressures, college students tend to change greatly on their values of employment and feel puzzled on their mind. We should relieve their pressures in order to help them foster right values of employment. Different employment pressures on college students are analyzed coupled with their values of employment. The countermeasures to relieve the nressares are discussed in the end.
