摘要
新时期我国高等医学教育教学改革面临许多新的课题。大学生就业难的问题就是其中一个主要问题。就业工作中应充分利用专业教师熟悉专业,了解医院,就业信息网广泛等优势,积极发挥专业教师在学生就业工作中的作用。
In the new era, the teaching reform in higher education confronts many new challenges. The employment of undergraduates is one of the most essential issues. Under this condition, we should make full use of professional teachers who have advantages of their specialties, familiarity with hospital, extensive information, etc., and bring professional teachers into full play in the employment of undergraduates.
