摘要
胜任力模型作为一种新型的人力资源分析和评价方法,是将人力资源战略和组织战略紧密结合的一个重要工具。以胜任力为核心的能力发展体系可以作为人力资源管理的基础,持续贯穿于人力资源管理的整个流程。目前胜任力研究在教务管理机构人力资源管理中较为少见。本文介绍了胜任力的相关概念,分析及构思了教务管理人员岗位胜任力模型。
Competence as a model for a new type of human resources analysis and evaluation method, is an important tool that puts the human resources strategy and organizational strategy in a close connection. The capacity development system with competence as the core can be the basis of human resources management, and functions throughout the entire process of human resources management. At present, competence research is not common in human resources management of educational administration institutions. This paper introduces the concept of competence and analyzes and constructs position competence model of teaching administration staff.
