摘要
高校教务管理水平直接影响教学秩序和教学质量,因此必须从以下三大基点培养优秀的教务管理人员:涵盖强烈的事业心,高度的责任感,踏实肯干、认真务实品质,服务意识和奉献精神,自觉保密思想五种层面的道德素质修养;涵盖能综合处理教务与自觉灵活执行政策两大层面的能力;涵盖基础知识、专业知识、管理知识、计算机和外语知识、文学艺术知识五大层面的知识结构。
In tertiary colleges ,the level of educational administration has a direct bearing on teaching quality .For this reason,we need to attach great importance to the traning of excellent educational administrators .The training is centered on three basic points:(1)ideological and ethical qualities ;(2)the abilities to handle teaching affairs and carry out policies ;and (3)knowledge structure covering basic knowledge ,professional knowledge, management knowledge ,computer and foreign language knowledge,and literature and art knowledge.
