出血性放射性膀胱炎的治疗体会 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨出血性放射性膀胱炎的治疗方法。方法回顾性分析出血性放射性膀胱炎患者13例,治疗采用高压氧(HBO)结合经尿道电凝治疗的疗效。结果轻中度出血性放射性膀胱炎患者11例行高压氧治疗15-45次,治愈9例,治愈率81.8%(9/11),好转1例,无效1例。未愈者及重度出血性放射性膀胱炎患者共4例行经尿道电凝治疗;治愈3例,治愈率75%(3/4);好转1例;1例未愈者再结合高压氧治疗2个疗程后痊愈,总治愈率100%。结论采用高压氧(HBO)结合经尿道电凝治疗出血性放射性膀胱炎的疗效确切。
