放射性膀胱炎并发膀胱大出血37例治疗分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨放射性膀胱炎并发膀胱大出血的治疗方法。方法分析37例放射性膀胱炎并发膀胱大出血的治疗情况。5例对症治疗加持续膀胱冲洗，14例行注射器抽吸冲洗清除凝血块，7例行膀胱镜负压吸引清除凝血块并电凝止血，3例行选择性动脉栓塞治疗，8例行膀胱切开血块清除加膀胱造瘘术或输尿管皮肤造瘘术。结果37例中30例治愈（81％），7例缓解（19％）。随访1—5年，5例复发。结论放射性膀胱炎并发膀胱大出血的治疗关键是清除血块、控制出血。
