摘要
当前我国农村公共事业管理存在很多的问题,制约了新农村发展的进程。必须从深层次思考产生这些问题的原因,并以此为基础进行制度创新,转变传统的治理模式,形成符合时代发展的农村公共事业管理体制,从而推动我国农村公共事业建设和谐有序的发展。
Currently,our country＇s public enterprise＇s management in the countryside exists a lot of problems, which restrict our new countryside development progress.We should analyze the reason of these problems from the deep thinking,and take this as foundation to carry on system innovation,change to traditionally manage mode,then form the countryside public enterprise management system which can matches the ages develop and push our country＇s public enterprise＇s construction.
