摘要
随着全球生态环境问题的日益恶化,我们注意到企业在推动经济发展的过程中也带来了严重的环境污染问题。鉴于大多数环境污染问题与企业活动有关,从制度经济学的视角对环境问题以及企业环境行为进行分析,提出企业环境污染治理的制度选择,倡导企业通过构建环境伦理来实现可持续发展和环境污染治理的目标。
With the worsening of world ecological environment, it is noted that enterprises are also to blame for the deteriorating environment while promoting economy. This article analyzed the issue of environment pollution and its relationship with enterprise activities from the perspective of institutional economics, proposed institutions choice in handling enterprises that should pollute the environment, and called on enterprises to realize sustainable development and decrease environment pollution through the construction of environment ethics.
